Overview

A recruitment landing page for the Smile BOXX event team working four days at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Fort Lauderdale. The job of the page was to make applying feel low-risk: the interview is online so nobody travels to apply, and travel, equipment and training are covered if they get the role. It also had to set expectations honestly — that applying does not guarantee a place, and what the interview call is actually for — then move the reader to booking a slot.
